Junior Product Manager

As a Junior Product Manager in our company, you will be embarking on an exciting and challenging journey. Your initial focus will be on understanding various aspects such as the business landscape, business model, application platform, product strategy, organization operations, and the technology stack. Once you have grasped these dynamics, your key responsibilities will include: - Owning a product module or sub-module end-to-end, which involves crafting, managing, maintaining, and communicating product features and backlog. - Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes of issues and assess the size and impact of opportunities. - Assisting with cost-benefit analysis and return on investment to support decision-making. - Collaborating with business and internal/external team members to understand the current customer experience and identify areas for continuous improvement. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also need to: - Develop deep empathy to evaluate the value and experience for end-users and customers. - Translate product/platform strategy by creating detailed documentation for engineering teams. - Collaborate with Product Managers and Development leaders in an agile delivery model. - Assist in running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. - Support sales, marketing, and other partner teams as required. - Collaborate with development teams to build and communicate release schedules. Good-to-have qualifications for this role include: - 1-3 years of prior experience as an analyst/product manager in high-growth tech startups, management consulting, PE/VC fund, or research analytics firm. - Experience in building pitch decks, investor presentations, etc. - An MBA degree.
