This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Business Analyst at Ek Software Pvt. Ltd. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, and translating them into effective IT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, including healthcare service organizations, to gather and document business requirements, identify gaps, define processes, and recommend improvements. This role is located in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions, working with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals, communicating findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives, creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, experience with business process modeling and documentation tools such as Figma and MS Visio, knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Confluence, natural curiosity, a love of learning how things work, and always being on the lookout for innovative improvements. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's Degree or greater in Information Technology, computer systems engineering, or related field, 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry, comfort with rapidly changing priorities, business needs, and conditions, a strong sense of accountability and ownership, and knowledge of SQL Queries.,
