Junior Insurance Claims Specialist -Accounts Receivable (AR)

As an Accounts Receivable Caller, your role involves calling Insurance companies in the US on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable. You will also be responsible for reviewing provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies and assessing and resolving enquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact.
