What You’ll Do

The product management team at Arthashastra Intelligence is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Associate Product Manager to drive the SaaS product growth.

A successful Product Manager must have exceptional skills in generating user insights and research, data skills, strong analytical abilities, relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional teams, an ability to work under tight deadlines, a track record of delivering results, and be an independent self-starter.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our Hyderabad office.

· Own the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) area — from discovery to launch and beyond

· Help Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics that align with company objectives

· Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to ship impactful solutions

· Dive into market trends and competitor research to uncover insights that shape product direction.

· Contribute to product planning, strategy, and validating new feature ideas.

· Work with teams to turn business needs into clear user stories and requirements.

· Support data analysis, run A/B tests, and map user flows to create smoother experiences.

· Help track and squash product bugs while streamlining how we build.

· Prepare workflows, keep releases on track, and flag risks early.

· Partner with the product team to define metrics, set goals, and track performance.

· Continuously look for ways to improve how we build and deliver products.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in product, data, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Understanding about international trade and supply chain
• Basic proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Curious, analytical, and eager problem-solver.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excited to learn, grow, and make an impact in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on products/features in a B2B product company.
• Understanding about international trade and supply chain
• Ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Experience working across product, business, design, data, and engineering teams.
• Skilled at building business cases and analyzing product performance.
• Strong technical understanding of what goes into building products.
