Associate Product Manager

Job Description: As a Product Manager at the dynamic B2B SaaS startup based in Jaipur, India, you will play a crucial role in owning the end-to-end lifecycle for the innovative offerings. Your responsibilities will involve market and user research, product strategy and roadmapping, UX design, delivery and collaboration, as well as performance tracking and feedback collection. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market and user research through qualitative and quantitative studies to identify pain points and map competitive landscapes. - Define a compelling vision and quarterly roadmap for new product lines, prioritizing features based on ROI, effort, and customer value. - Draft detailed PRDs with acceptance criteria and create wireframes and clickable mockups using tools like Figma or Sketch. - Collaborate with Engineering to break features into sprints, coordinate user-acceptance testing, and rollout plans with Operations & Support. - Track KPIs such as adoption, engagement, and NPS to iterate quickly, and collect ongoing customer feedback to refine the product. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proven track record of launching successful products or major features. - Hands-on experience with user research methodologies. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft PRDs and lead cross-functional workshops. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like Jira and Trello.
