Associate Product Manager

Valorx, an innovator in the Salesforce SaaS landscape, serving over 25 Fortune 500 companies, seeks an Associate Product Manager with a passion for working for B2B Saas product. we're seeking an individual experienced in cross-functional collaboration to drive product development, enhance user experience, and achieve business objectives.

About You:

Our ideal candidate has a background in B2B SaaS product management, adept at ideating new features, improving existing ones, and leveraging data and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Working in partnership with other Product Manager, you'll build and coordinate your product area in alignment with Valorxs overarching product strategy.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior product management to conceptualize, plan, and execute product roadmap initiatives.
• Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on market research and customer feedback.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure product designs meet user needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Oversee prototype creation, conduct user testing, and incorporate feedback into iterations.
• Establish testing protocols with the QA team and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct testing throughout the development process to identify and address issues early.
• Strong project management skills are essential, given the dynamic nature of our industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

• BS/BE degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
• Excellent communication skills in English with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in collaborating with multinational teams spanning across regions such as India, Malaysia, USA, and Ukraine.
• Ability to operate with minimal direction, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Exceptional collaborator with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships and leverage connections for success.
