About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Associate HR Business Partner to join our People team. In this role, you'll work closely with business units to support key HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Attrition Control & Retention Strategy Monitor and analyze attrition trends; design and implement action plans to reduce employee turnover. Conduct regular stay interviews, exit interviews, and pulse checks to gather insights and proactively address employee concerns. Partner with business leaders to improve employee engagement and career development pathways. Performance Management (PMS) Drive end-to-end performance management cycles including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Ensure timely completion and quality of performance evaluations. Provide training and support to managers and employees on PMS tools and processes. Facilitate performance calibration discussions and support the creation of performance improvement plans where necessary. Policy Implementation & Compliance Implement HR policies and ensure consistent communication and adherence across business units. Address policy-related queries and provide interpretation and guidance to employees and managers. Keep policies updated in line with legal and regulatory changes and organizational needs. Business Partnering Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational changes. Provide insights on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational health. Qualifications: MBA in HR or equivalent qualification 1–5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Proven expertise in attrition control, PMS execution, and policy deployment Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with HRMS tools and platforms Preferred Skills: Experience with HR analytics and dashboard reporting Exposure to employee engagement platforms and culture initiatives.
