Profile Overview

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development (NPD):

• Drive product launches from concept to market readiness
• Coordinate with R&D, vendors, and internal teams
• Finalize COGS and evaluate manufacturing feasibility

Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Lead sourcing and purchasing of raw & packaging materials
• Negotiate vendor contracts and build a reliable supplier network
• Ensure cost-effective, high-quality procurement

Production Oversight:

• Liaise with contract manufacturers to ensure smooth production
• Align output with demand forecasts and regulatory standards
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve turnaround

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure products meet internal & external quality benchmarks
• Oversee audits, certifications, and compliance processes
• Handle product recalls and implement corrective actions if required

Supply Chain & Inventory:

• Manage inventory for RM, PM, and FG across SKUs
• Ensure warehouse, logistics, and inventory control work in sync
• Minimize stockouts and excess holding with accurate planning

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and R&D teams
• Present reports and lead strategic planning with senior leadership
• Continuously improve processes across all operational functions

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in

  Operations

  , preferably in

  FMCG / D2C / Personal Care

• Experience with

  NPD, Contract Manufacturing, QA, and Procurement

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Understanding of

  ERP systems

  , regulatory requirements & cost control
• Proficiency in

  English, Hindi, Tamil & Telugu
