Manager - Brand Management

Profile Overview

We are seeking a Brand Manager to help us elevate our brand’s reputation and reach a broader audience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and developing our brand strategy across various channels. The Brand Manager will coordinate with several key teams, including the BDM team, Designing team, External agencies, NPD, and Customer Support team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse Consumer Insights:

  Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behaviour to define our company's positioning and create differentiation strategies.

• Coordinate with BDM Team:

  Work closely with the Business Development team to align brand strategies with market opportunities and customer demands.

• Collaborate with the Designing Team:

  Provide direction and guidance to the design team for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity.

• Work with External Agencies:

  Partner with external agencies to execute campaigns, brand promotions, and other marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility.

• Coordinate with Customer Support Team:

  Gather customer feedback from the support team to address concerns and improve brand perception based on consumer insights.

  Create Brand Guidelines:

  Ensure consistent messaging, voice, and tone across all platforms (online and offline), including terminology and slogans.

• Guide the Creative Team:

  Brief the creative team on marketing projects, such as ebooks, email campaigns, and advertising banners, to ensure high-quality and consistent brand output.

• Conduct Competitive Research:

  Research competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the marketplace.

• Design Promotional Campaigns:

  Develop and implement promotional campaigns for new products, services, and markets.

• Develop Social Media Strategy:

  Oversee the development and execution of a social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives.

• Assess Campaign Performance:

  Measure and evaluate the success of advertising campaigns, events, and other initiatives.

• Market Trend Analysis:

  Continuously analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a

  Brand Manager

  or in a similar marketing role.
• Portfolio showcasing previous brand-building projects.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and ability to develop strategies based on market segmentation.
• Data-driven thinking with a creative mindset.
• Strong communication and writing skills to effectively convey brand messaging.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple teams and external partners.
