Job Description

Role & responsibilities ATL Media Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement effective ATL strategies to elevate MATTERs brand presence across key channels like TV, print, radio, outdoor, and cinema. Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, corporate branding, and national promotions. Analyse audience data to optimize media efficiency, targeting key regions and time slots to reach motorbike consumers effectively. Campaign Management: Work closely with creative agencies to deliver compelling campaigns that highlight the unique selling points of the AERA electric motorbike. Oversee media buying, ensuring optimal placement to maximize brand visibility. Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across all ATL channels, maintaining high standards and consistency. Media Innovations & Experimentation: Identify and explore innovative media platforms and technologies (e.g., interactive ads, AR in cinema, geo-targeted outdoor ads) to enhance consumer engagement. Collaborate with media partners to test and implement new approaches, continuously pushing the boundaries of ATL campaigns. Brand Integrations & Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with like-minded brands and events to expand MATTERs reach. Manage brand integrations to amplify campaign impact, ensuring alignment with MATTERs bold brand identity. Explore opportunities within the electric mobility ecosystem to position MATTER as an industry leader. Performance Tracking & Insights: Track and analyse key campaign metrics like GRPs, TRPs, reach, and frequency, with a focus on the automotive market. Provide actionable insights through detailed post-campaign analysis to refine future strategies and improve performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital, BTL, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging across all channels. Partner with sales and retail teams to align ATL campaigns with regional activities and drive footfall to dealerships. Media Budget Planning & Management: Develop and manage the media budget for ATL campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels. Oversee media buying negotiations to optimize budget spend while maximizing impact and reach. Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to ensure campaigns stay within budget without compromising effectiveness. Brand Scores & Quality Inquiries: Focus on improving MATTERs brand scores by driving awareness and recall through strategic ATL campaigns. Track the quality of inquiries generated from ATL campaigns, ensuring a higher conversion rate from leads to actual customer interest. Set targets for brand score improvements and work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure that quality inquiries translate into valuable customer engagement. Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging media platforms. Propose new ATL concepts and media partnerships to keep MATTER at the forefront of the electric motorbike sector.
