📍 Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

🕰 Experience: 8–10 years | IT/Data industry

🎓 Qualification: BTech / MSc (MTech preferred)

📨 Reports To: Fractional Chief Executive Officer (FCTO)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Director – Information Management to lead the planning, integration, and implementation of robust technology and data systems aligned with our mission. You’ll play a key role in managing digital transformation, optimizing information flows, and ensuring the tech infrastructure empowers programs and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Implementation: Drive execution of the organization’s tech roadmap aligned with mission and program needs.

• Data Systems & Integration: Design and manage centralized, secure, and scalable systems to streamline information flow and performance tracking.

• IT Asset & Documentation Management: Maintain updated records of IT assets, licenses, contracts, and tech documentation.

• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Identify, evaluate, and manage external tech partners and vendors for timely and quality delivery.

• Change Management & Capacity Building: Foster user adoption through training, internal advocacy, and support for digital transformation.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong foundation in data management, systems integration, and IT operations

• Proven ability to lead tech initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with the development sector and social impact projects is a plus

• Hands-on experience with data security, cloud storage, digital tools, and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• BTech / MSc in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MTech preferred)

• 8–10 years of experience in the IT/data management domain

• Prior experience in leading digital transformation or tech-for-impact initiatives
