Associate Director - Sales

Responsibilities

    of Sales Managers, Business Development Executives, and Design Consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring target achievement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

    with high-value clients, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

    , emerging market trends, and untapped client segments to significantly expand the company's reach.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the design, marketing, and operations teams

    to ensure flawless project execution and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Track and optimize the entire sales funnel

    , from initial lead generation to successful deal closure, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, insightful reports, and critical market intelligence

  • Define and monitor key sales KPIs

  • Represent Decorpot at trade shows, exhibitions, and key networking events
