About the Role Lead technology transformation engagements for banking clients. Responsibilities Drive digital innovation initiatives including cloud adoption, API enablement, Open banking and fintech partnership. Delivery high-impact consulting assignments including IT strategy, Operating model design, technology assessment and IT solution procurement management. Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle. Experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, operating across organisational and technology silos to drive common approaches, delivering sustainable, agile and re-usable solutions. Domain Expertise Subject matter expert in one or more areas such as Core Banking / Lending / Payments / Customer relationship management / Digital channels. Strong working knowledge of emerging technologies and evolving regulatory trends in the BFSI sector. Business Development Create and manage good independent relationships with clients. Support business development through proposal creation, client discussions and presentations. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and lead pre-sales activities. Project & Team Management Lead cross-functional teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors. Manage budgets, timelines and client expectations effectively. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business outcomes. Qualifications Education: MBA preferred. 9-14 years of experience in technology consulting or IT leadership roles with a strong focus on the banking domain. Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs. Demonstrate deep expertise and commanding understanding of BFSI technology landscape and platforms. Experience in cloud adoption, agile delivery, DevOps or enterprise architecture is an advantage. Willingness to travel for an extended period is must. Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills. Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative. Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client). Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
