Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Executive Recruiter (Associate Director level) to join our Global Executive Recruitment (GER) team. This role partners closely with senior business leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional executive talent across portfolios such as Technology Services, Sales, and Corporate Functions.
As a key member of the GER team, you’ll manage end-to-end leadership hiring—shaping search strategies, engaging senior talent up to the SVP level, and delivering high-impact outcomes in line with Cognizant’s growth and transformation goals. While the focus will primarily be on India-based leadership hiring, you may occasionally support global mandates as we continue to build Cognizant’s executive bench strength worldwide.
• Partner with business and functional heads to define executive hiring needs, develop targeted search strategies, and drive the recruitment process from brief to close.
• Manage full-cycle executive searches—including market mapping, candidate engagement, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding—while maintaining a strong focus on quality, speed, and stakeholder experience.
• Lead recruitment initiatives across Technology Services, Sales, and Corporate portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities and leadership capability frameworks.
• Leverage direct sourcing, networks, and market intelligence to build diverse executive pipelines; collaborate with sourcing and research teams to identify and attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS; ensure compliance with internal governance and process standards.
• Engage external partners or executive search firms selectively and effectively, managing relationships and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Work India business hours with flexibility for global stakeholder interactions (ET/CT).
