Part of a large and diversified company with global presence Job Summary We are looking for Enterprise Sales Managers to drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for account management, revenue generation, and customer success, ensuring strong and lasting partnerships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers. Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Understand client requirements and propose tailored learning and development (L&D) solutions. Act as the single point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized learning solutions. Conduct regular business reviews and performance reports for key clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide strategic insights . Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or corporate partnerships, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or L&D sector. Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Must have handled clients and interacted with CXO / Executive level Management. Ability to analyze data and provide strategic business insights. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Location - Bangalore / Mumbai / NOIDA Salary - 35 LPA
