Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in ERPNext project management to lead and oversee end-to-end ERPNext implementations. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, process management, and client relationship management. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements while adhering to organizational standards and best practices. Role & Responsibilities : Lead and manage ERPNext implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Assist in establishing and streamlining a Project Management Office (PMO) for ERPNext and related projects. Liaise with stakeholders (clients, internal teams, vendors, and end-users) to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations. Develop project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, and monitor milestones. Implement standardized project documentation, templates, and SOPs tailored for ERPNext deployments. Ensure proper requirement gathering, UAT planning, and sign-off processes are followed. Evaluate and monitor deliverables, ensuring alignment with ERPNext standards and client business processes. Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively. Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines. Prepare and present detailed project status reports to management and clients. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in managing ERPNext/ERP implementation projects( Preferred). Situated or ready to relocate to Mumbai. Strong knowledge of ERPNext modules, workflows, and implementation lifecycle. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). Experience in requirement gathering, solution mapping, UAT coordination, and change management. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical integrations with ERP systems. Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, and communication abilities. Hands-on experience with Jira or other project management tools. Proficiency in preparing documentation, project reports, and client communications.
