to lead our digital performance and online brand reputation across all owned, earned, and ecosystem platforms.
Role Overview
This is not a support role. As
Associate – Digital Performance & Online Reputation
, you will own Artha’s digital infrastructure - across websites, analytics, SEO, attribution, and online visibility. You will lead digital audits, web performance optimization, and brand reputation management across public platforms, ensuring that every touchpoint is accurate, optimized, and driving measurable outcomes.You’ll manage agency partners, lead internal reporting, and oversee a small team or freelance network. Your performance will be measured by clarity of data, visibility of Artha’s digital footprint, and how well our platforms convert interest into action.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Infrastructure & Reputation Ownership
- Own and maintain Artha’s digital stack: fund websites, public listings, investor pages, and high-stakes brand assets.
- Lead proactive monitoring across Crunchbase, AngelList, Wikipedia, and VC ecosystems to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Oversee the consistency of Artha’s presence across third-party investment directories, databases, and media platforms.
Website Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Run end-to-end digital performance audits - tracking site behavior, session patterns, navigation journeys, and conversion paths.
- Recommend UX, SEO, and UI changes based on live data insights to improve navigation, retention, and lead capture.
- Oversee implementation and reporting through GA4, Search Console, Hotjar, SimilarWeb, and other performance tools.
Funnel Tracking, Attribution & Conversion Strategy
- Own funnel attribution reporting across key digital campaigns: LP leads, founder interest, hiring funnels, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to track how traffic flows from campaigns to action - flag drop-offs and recommend fixes.
- Build post-campaign and monthly dashboards that feed into performance reviews at leadership level.
Team Management & Execution Oversight
- Lead a small in-house or external team for site updates, audits, SEO execution, and digital partner coordination.
- Set timelines, give structured feedback, and ensure quality delivery across all work streams.
- Act as the single point of accountability for the results, reporting, and execution of digital performance at Artha.
Digital Reputation, PR Coordination & Stakeholder Visibility
- Partner with PR and marketing teams to ensure that Artha’s digital visibility reflects our performance, voice, and credibility.
- Manage high-stakes updates for portfolio announcements, exits, media mentions, and fund communication across online platforms.
- Own the backend of Artha’s digital brand - ensuring stakeholders, founders, and LPs experience our content and presence as intentional and high-performing.
Who You Are
- 5–6 years of experience in digital performance, website analytics, SEO optimization, or reputation management
- Strong command of GA4, Search Console, Hotjar, UTM parameter structuring, SEO tools, and attribution logic
- Confident leading team members or freelancers, managing agencies, and reporting to senior leadership
- Sharp communicator with structured thinking and high attention to detail
- Comfortable with accountability - you lead metrics, not just manage dashboards
- Familiarity with VC, investing, financial services, or startup ecosystems is preferred
Compensation
- Total Compensation: ₹21,00,000 LPA
- Fixed Annual Salary: ₹18,00,000
- Retention Bonus: ₹3,00,000 (paid annually)
