Associate Consultant

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to join our team. This role is designed for high-caliber problem solvers who want to operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with partners and clients on engagements across M&A, private equity value creation, management strategy, and transformation mandates
• Conduct financial analysis, market research, and operational diagnostics to identify growth, cost, and capital allocation opportunities
• Translate findings into structured insights, models, and board-ready materials that drive decision-making at CEO, CFO, and investor level
• Support transaction execution (due diligence, synergy assessment, integration planning) and portfolio value creation playbooks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, digital) to deliver end-to-end solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or related fields. Exceptional fresh graduates with demonstrable analytical rigor will also be considered
• Strong grasp of financial statements, valuation methods, and business strategy fundamentals
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modeling is a plus
• Structured problem-solver with ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, concise insights
• Professional presence and communication skills to work with senior executives and investors
