Role Overview

We are expanding our engagement with a leading national institution in the TVET and skilling ecosystem. The role is based in New Delhi and involves deep analytical work, program operations, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in advanced data analytics, visualization and strategic reporting for flagship national level skilling, employment, and livelihood programs etc.
• Conduct strategic research and contribute to program planning and implementation
• Manage day‑to‑day client coordination and ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables
• Oversee program operations, including field visits, implementation reviews, and stakeholder guidance
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s in Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or related fields
• Preferrably 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, analytics, research, evaluation, or program operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and other analytics and visualization tools
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in dynamic, multi‑stakeholder environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
