The requirement is immediate and if the below description interests you, kindly get in touch :) What You’ll Do Assist in designing wireframes, prototypes, and UI components for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience. Work closely with the product and development teams to align design with business goals. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Gather and evaluate user feedback to enhance design decisions. Support in developing and maintaining design systems and UI guidelines. What We’re Looking For Passion for UI/UX design and a strong eye for detail. Currently Pursuing or Recent Graduate in BE/B Tech, B Design/M Design, BSc (Animation)/MSc (Animation) or any other Graduate with strong UI/UX skills. Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Understanding of basic UX principles and design thinking methodologies. Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing techniques. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of tasks. Bonus: Experience with front-end development, or motion design (not mandatory). The Finance & Administration Manager will oversee financial operations, field logistics, procurement processes, and administrative support to ensure smooth implementation of the Education Strengthening Project across intervention districts in Himachal Pradesh. The role requires hands-on coordination between field teams, vendors, and internal departments to maintain financial integrity and timely logistical support. The project will be implemented across selected districts in Himachal Pradesh in partnership with the key state level stakeholders. Role Summary Project Coordinator (Field) will be deployed at the zonal level and will serve as the local anchor for implementing and coordinating project activities. They will support school engagement, facilitate workshops, liaise with government stakeholders, and assist in data collection, documentation, and reporting.
