Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience. Work closely with the product and development teams to align design with business goals. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Gather and evaluate user feedback to enhance design decisions. Support in developing and maintaining design systems and UI guidelines. What We’re Looking For Passion for UI/UX design and a strong eye for detail. The Finance & Administration Manager will oversee financial operations, field logistics, procurement processes, and administrative support to ensure smooth implementation of the Education Strengthening Project across intervention districts in Himachal Pradesh. The role requires hands-on coordination between field teams, vendors, and internal departments to maintain financial integrity and timely logistical support.
