Social Media & Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to help shape our external voice across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating ideas into compelling content and visuals, and who can work closely with senior teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What you'll do

• Own and manage content across social platforms
• Create high-quality written content: posts, short articles, announcements, and thought leadership snippets
• Design basic but polished visuals (carousels, banners, charts, newsletters) aligned with brand guidelines
• Plan and execute email newsletters (content drafting, layout, scheduling)
• Repurpose long-form insights into short-form social content
• Coordinate with consultants and leadership to capture ideas, updates, and firm perspectives
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements to content strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in social media, content, marketing, or communications
• (Strong fresh graduates with relevant portfolios are welcome)
• Excellent writing skills with a professional, business-oriented tone
• Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, or similar tools)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content formats and best practices
• Experience with email/newsletter tools (Mailchimp, Substack, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal hand-holding
• Comfortable working with senior professionals and confidential information
