Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities On-Page SEO Assist in keyword research and mapping to target pages. Optimise website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking. Role & responsibilities Inbound (B2C & Business Migration) Respond to web forms, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social DMs within SLA; triage and qualify needs (e.g., Skilled Worker, Spouse/Family, ILR, Visit, Business routes). Run discovery calls using a structured script; set expectations, confirm eligibility checkpoints, and book paid/free consultations on the advisors calendar (Calendly/CRM). Role & responsibilities Liaise with clients to gather required documents for various UK visa categories (Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Family visas, Visit visas, etc.). Review client-provided documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UKVI requirements. Assist in completing visa application forms (online and paper-based) and uploading documents to UKVI portals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration policies and document requirements. Coordinate with internal consultants and clients to ensure timely submission of applications. Track application progress and maintain detailed case records and logs. Communicate with clients professionally to clarify missing information or follow up on pending items. Prepare covering letters and document checklists under guidance from senior consultants.
