Visa Documentation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to gather required documents for various UK visa categories (Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Family visas, Visit visas, etc.).
• Review client-provided documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with UKVI requirements.
• Assist in completing visa application forms (online and paper-based) and uploading documents to UKVI portals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration policies and document requirements.
• Coordinate with internal consultants and clients to ensure timely submission of applications.
• Track application progress and maintain detailed case records and logs.
• Communicate with clients professionally to clarify missing information or follow up on pending items.
• Prepare covering letters and document checklists under guidance from senior consultants.
• Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of sensitive client data.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline; law, commerce, or management preferred).
  
• 13 years of prior experience in

  visa processing, immigration consultancy, legal documentation, or client services

  (freshers with strong aptitude may also be considered).

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  MS Office/Google Workspace

  (especially Word & Excel).
• Ability to draft, edit, and review documents with high accuracy.
  
• Knowledge of

  UKVI/Home Office visa categories

  (training can be provided).
• Understanding of

  compliance and regulatory processes
