Visa Documentation Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end visa processes for students applying to Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Ireland. The role involves guiding students through documentation, conducting visa briefings, coordinating with counsellors and overseas delegates, and ensuring smooth visa application and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visa processes for Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Ireland.
• Conduct visa briefings for students who have received offers from these countries.
• Share visa checklists and ensure students receive accurate documentation guidance.
• Collect, verify, and organize visa documents from students.
• Manage VFS slot booking and visa appointment scheduling for applicable countries.
• Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets with student and visa status details.
• Edit and review Visa SOPs and Cover Letters to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Sort and compile visa filing documents for internal and external verification.
• Send visa filing documents to the concerned authority for verification and obtain approval.
• Dispatch visa filing confirmation emails to students.
• Make follow-up calls to offer-received students and those with pending visa documents.
• Coordinate with counsellors to ensure timely submission of required materials.
• Address and resolve visa-related queries from students and counsellors.
• Monitor and update the team on Embassy or Consulate announcements and procedural changes.
• Learn and stay updated on visa processes for additional countries as required.
• Maintain direct communication with international delegates regarding visa queries and student outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
