As a Visa Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and managing visa application processes for our company's employees, clients, or customers who require international travel. Your role will involve ensuring the timely and accurate submission of visa documentation, adhering to various countries" visa regulations, and providing assistance to individuals throughout the visa application process. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in visa documentation and immigration services. Additionally, you must have proven experience in handling visa documentation for various countries and a solid understanding of visa regulations. Familiarity with international travel requirements, documentation, and procedures is essential for success in this role. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling Schengen visa applications is also required.
