Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Inbound (B2C & Business Migration)

  • Respond to web forms, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social DMs within SLA; triage and qualify needs (e.g., Skilled Worker, Spouse/Family, ILR, Visit, Business routes).
  • Run discovery calls using a structured script; set expectations, confirm eligibility checkpoints, and book paid/free consultations on the advisors calendar (Calendly/CRM).
  • Warm-nurture: send follow-ups, reminders, and pre-consult checklists; drive show-up rates and reschedules.

Outbound (B2B Corporate/SME)

  • Prospect target accounts in India, UAE (esp. Dubai), and other markets for Sponsor Licence, UK Expansion Worker, Self-Sponsorship, Global Mobility and related needs.
  • Execute multi-touch sequences (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, events/webinars) to create sales-qualified appointments for our advisors.
  • Build and maintain a rolling list of ICPs (industry, headcount, hiring plans, UK footprint) and run account-based outreach.

Pipeline & Process

  • Own lead management in the CRM: log activities, stage updates, tasks, reasons for loss/no-show.
  • Hit weekly activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches) and outcome targets (qualified bookings, show-ups, conversions to paid consults).
  • Collaborate with marketing on feedback loops: campaign performance, objections, content gaps, landing page/message tweaks.
  • Maintain strict compliance:

    is provided by youonly information, qualification, and booking with a regulated advisor.
  • Follow data-privacy SOPs (e.g., consent, data handling, do-not-contact lists).

Success metrics (indicative)

  • Booking outcomes (monthly): 40–60 qualified consultations booked; 70% show-up rate; 25–35% of attended consults become paid/retained cases (team target).

Quality: CRM hygiene 95%, first-response time for inbound 15 minutes during shift, NPS/CSAT on discovery interactions 8/10.
(Final targets calibrated after 30-day ramp.)

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2–5 years in inside sales/BDR/tele-sales—preferably immigration, overseas education, legal services, HR/recruitment, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Confident

    cold-caller

    with clear, neutral English; Hindi required; additional languages a plus.
  • Process-driven, numbers-oriented, comfortable with targets and structured scripts.
