Social Media Management

● Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

● Manage the monthly content calendar and ensure timely deliveries.

● Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.

● Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions.

● Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and CTR.

● Hands on running result based campaigns.

Content Creation & Copywriting

● Write clear, concise, and creative copy for posts, ads, reels, blogs, emails, and website content.

● Coordinate with designers to brief and execute creative assets.

● Assist in creating scripts for videos/reels and captions with strong hooks.

● Proofread and edit content to maintain brand tone and accuracy.

● Finding good content and shooting reels and videos

Performance & Analytics

● Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.

● Run basic A/B tests on creatives, captions, and formats.

● Share insights and suggestions to improve performance and content strategy.

Campaign Support

● Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and collaborations.

● Work with influencers/partners for content alignment when required.
