Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate Manager Business Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry , particularly in solar panel cleaning robotics or related products. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing marketing strategies, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities Plan and manage lead generation campaigns Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients Key Skills & Competencies Proven sales and marketing experience in the solar industry , preferably in solar panel cleaning robots. Strong understanding of marketing strategy development and campaign management Proficiency in data analytics for market trends and performance insights Excellent communication , negotiation , and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and self-driven with a proactive approach to business development Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the solar or renewable energy industry Strong business acumen with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed If you're passionate about renewable energy and have a proven track record in sales and business development, we invite you to be a part of our mission to revolutionize solar maintenance.
