Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Business Development Manager, located in Ludhiana. The Associate Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard & develop T3, T2, MR partners for Acer products

• Support partners in stock liquidation & market expansion

• Meet daily, weekly & monthly sales targets

• Onboard 100 new partners per quarter with billing

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6 years in field & channel sales IT/Laptop preferred)

• Dealer & distributor network expertise

• Strong partner management & market knowledge

• Fluent in English & local language

• Ready for extensive travel

CTC: *Upto 60000 + 6000 variable
