Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients in India. Your entrepreneurial mindset and fast-paced approach will be key to expanding our business and clientele. Here's what you'll be responsible for: - **Client Relationship:** - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients. - Understand the clients" business and upsell and cross-sell services. - Responsible for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. - **Revenue Generation:** - Create opportunities for revenue generation through existing and new clients and achieve business targets. - Follow-up on leads provided by the BD Head and convert them into business. - **Pre-Sales Activities and Documentation:** - Make presentations and information documents to educate clients about the company's capabilities and achievements. - Liaise for completing the documentation post deal closure. - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. - **Others:** - Liaise between clients and delivery teams. - Research and present market conditions, competitive data, and trends to management. - Submit monthly sales forecast and sales pipeline, keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices. **Key Competencies:** - Confident with 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the financial service or consulting industry. - Excellent people skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. - Strong analytical and numerical ability with experience in generating reports and data presentation. - Superlative presentation and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and balance competing priorities. - Demonstrated networking through social media. **Preferred Qualifications:** - BSc or BCom / BTech + MBA from a recognized institute in India.
