Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to assist in expanding our business and client base in India. The primary objective is to achieve sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and cultivating strong relationships with clients. This role entails client relationship management, sales generation, and pre-sales activities. **Role & Responsibilities:** **Client Relationship:** - Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with clients. - Gain an in-depth understanding of clients" businesses and promote additional services. - Provide exceptional client service on a daily basis. - Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. - Offer reliable feedback and post-sales support. **Revenue Generation:** - Identify revenue opportunities with new and existing clients to meet business targets. - Follow up on leads from the Business Development Head and convert them into business deals. **Pre-Sales Activities and Documentation:** - Develop presentations and informational materials to educate clients about our company's capabilities and accomplishments. - Coordinate the completion of documentation after finalizing deals. - Research new markets and customer requirements. **Others:** - Act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams. - Research and report on market conditions, competitive data, and trends for management. - Provide monthly sales forecasts, maintain sales records, revenue data, and invoices. **Competencies:** - Ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience in the financial services or consulting sector, preferably in risk and analytics consulting. - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. - Strong analytical skills with experience in report generation and data presentation. - Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations and effective communication. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - Demonstrated networking skills, including social media outreach. **Preferred Qualifications:** - BSc or BCom / BTech + MBA from a recognized Indian institute.
