About the Role

We’re expanding and looking for a proactive associate who understands the modular furniture ecosystem — from workstations and partitions to chairs, storage, and office fit-outs. The ideal candidate will handle both business development and operations

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify new leads in corporate offices, architects, PMCs, coworking spaces, and interior designers
• Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and client communication
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and BOQs
• Support sales closures with accurate documentation
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required

Operations

• Coordinate with  despatch teams, installers and logistics teams
• Track production timelines, dispatches, and installation schedules
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, drawings, and reports
• Ensure quality checks and resolve on-site issues
• Support after-sales and client handover

Requirements

• Mandatory:

  Prior experience in modular furniture / workstations / office interiors
• Understanding of materials (MDF, particle board, metal frames), finishes, and modular systems
• Knowledge of working with corporate clients and having understanding of project timelines and constrained time frameworks.
