Job Description

As a driven and talented sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing an area sales strategy for the product, service, and solution portfolio in South and West India. Your key responsibilities include: - Working with the Area Business Development Manager to drive complex sales cycles from presales to contract signature - Driving up-selling, cross-selling, and Account Management of new and existing clients in the designated states - Building a pipeline of business opportunities by initiating relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Delivering consistently against sales targets and providing feedback on industry trends to internal stakeholders - Developing campaign strategies and activities in collaboration with the Marketing team and Area BDM You are expected to be: - A proactive owner who takes ownership and seeks guidance when needed - An entrepreneur at heart who embraces challenges and manages ambiguities - A curious hunter eager to learn about the IP industry and ask pertinent questions - A customer-centric solution provider with strong communication and listening skills - A team player in a results-driven multidisciplinary team Qualifications required: - 3+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar client-facing sales role in a B2B environment - Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) is a plus but willingness to learn is a must - Bachelor's or master's degree - Proven track record of delivering against sales targets - Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically - Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce - Ability to travel frequently across India - Fluency in English and Hindi Joining this company will offer you the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-growing international environment, work in diverse teams, operate independently, and enjoy flexible working hours and WFH opportunities.
