Associate Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our team, candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) data to provide insights into business performance.
2. Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales teams for the submission of various SAP reports and entries.
3. Assist in the preparation of tender filings to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.
4. Conduct debtors reports to monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts.
5. Coordinate with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries.
6. Utilize sound knowledge of accounting systems or ERP to maintain accurate financial records.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and bookkeeping principles.
8. Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
9. Process invoices and follow up with Marketing and Sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP software.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
