Associate Accountant

• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) data to provide insights into business performance.


• Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales teams for the submission of various SAP reports and entries.


• Assist in the preparation of tender filings to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.


• Conduct debtors reports to monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts.


• Coordinate with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries.


• Utilize sound knowledge of accounting systems or ERP to maintain accurate financial records.


• Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and bookkeeping principles.


• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.


• Process invoices and follow up with Marketing and Sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts.


• Hands-on experience working with SAP software.


• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
