Associate Accountant

• The candidate should be Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance

• Minimum 3 years of experience in statutory compliance of STPI/SEZ/FEMA/RBI and Logistics.

• Monthly Reporting (MPR & SERF) - Extract customer and GST data using SAP. Reconcile billing with Trial Balance and build Invoice/Revenue register. Gather all the information / details from Cross-functional coordination. Submission to STPI / SEZ authorities.

• Softex Filing - Generate Softex serial numbers and validate export invoices. Upload invoices, agreements, RBI forms, and datacom bills and submit applications; follow up for certification.

• Annual Performance Report (APR) - GL reconciliations and TB matching files. Collaborate with consultants and GST team for finalization. Submit APR and monitor portal for certification.

• RBI/DGFT Compliance e-BRC Generation - Liaise with banks for EDPMS and IRM data. Enable inward remittance and map against invoices. Generate e-BRC via DGFT. Upload details to Bank portal and coordinate with banks for closure of all EDPMS & IRM cases.
