Social Media Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive digital growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in voice and branding across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Monitor social media accounts for engagement opportunities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the design team for visual content (images, videos, stories, reels) Track and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities for content and engagement Support paid social media campaigns and track ROI under supervision Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and content plans Maintain brand consistency across channels and ensure messaging aligns with marketing goals Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field 2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) Basic video editing skills Show more Show less
