**Job Description:** You will be responsible for assisting in preparing and submitting tenders and related documents. Additionally, you will handle GST filing, returns, and compliance. You will support in Trade License / Shop Act License applications and renewals. Your role will involve coordinating with authorities for Income Tax filing and related documentation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining proper filing of invoices, bills, and statutory records. You will also draft letters, maintain office correspondence, and follow up with clients/vendors. Providing administrative and clerical support to the management team will also be part of your key responsibilities. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in handling tenders, GST filing, and compliance procedures. - Knowledge of Trade License / Shop Act License applications and renewals. - Familiarity with Income Tax filing processes and documentation. - Strong organizational skills for maintaining proper filing of invoices, bills, and records. - Excellent communication skills for drafting letters, office correspondence, and client/vendor follow-ups. - Ability to provide administrative and clerical support effectively. ,
