• Tally Erp system is mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the smooth operations of our warehouse. The role involves supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage and dispatch, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety standards and housekeeping practices.
• Prepare MIS reports for stock movement, order processing, and manpower utilization.
• Support in vendor coordination for transport, packaging, and other operational needs.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
• Handle ERP/WMS entries and ensure proper documentation for all inward/outward goods.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS) and MS Office.
• Sound understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory control.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
