Job Title- Executive/ Sr Executive - Viral Vector Production Role & Responsibilities :- -Execute routine LVV batch manufacturing under GMP conditions. - Perform cell thawing, expansion, transfection, and harvest in adherent systems. - Maintain aseptic conditions during all upstream processes. - Document batch manufacturing steps in BMRs accurately and on time. - Prepare and filter buffers/media for production use. - Support equipment cleaning, calibration, and area readiness. - Collaborate with QA/QC for sampling, deviation documentation, and investigations. - Participate in process improvement initiatives. Mammalian cell culture handling (HEK293T or similar) - Adherent culture in flasks, cell factories, or multilayer vessels - Aseptic operations in cleanroom environments (Grade B/C) - Batch-wise documentation and compliance with GMP - Execution of cell thawing, expansion, transfect ion, and harvest - Buffer/media preparation and sterile filtration - Understanding of deviations, change controls, and process improvements - Coordination with QA/QC for in-process checks Biosafety Cabinets (Class II) - CO Incubators - Roller bottles / Cell factories / Multilayer vessels - Small-to-large scale Bioreactors (for adherent systems) - Peristaltic pumps - pH/conductivity meters - Microscopes
