Assistant Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete warehouse functioning including receiving, storage, material handling, and dispatch.
• Tracking FG inventories of different SKUs and other materials through ERP and also matching with physical inventory on day to day basis.
• Implement and maintain 5S in warehousing, storage and loading/unloading process.
• Implement warehousing, storage, checking and loading SOPs.
• Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO, location wise storage, lot wise tracking by identification and trace-ability system and feeding to scheduled container loading.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure real-time tracking through ERP.
• Conduct internal stock audits, 5S audit periodically and arrange to fill up the deficiencies/gap through CAPA. 
• Plan and schedule dispatches in coordination with the sales and production departments.
• Handle logistics documentation such as e-way bills, transport challans, GRNs, stock ledgers, deliver challans, shipment records and other documents properly. keep them in a proper and protected place for easy tracking and availability. 
• Update all records on day to day basis.
• Collaborate with Sales & Customer Service for timely order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bill regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain records for any internal audits, 3^rd party audit, any external audit, OEM visit and audit, customer audit, Govt. and legislation audit,  and ISO-9001/ IATF 16949/EHS 15001 standard audit.
• Ensure CSR (Customer Specific Requirement) are properly followed and ensured in each container loading where it is required.
• Ensure container is properly inspected and ready before stuffing following SOPs and other guidelines . Keep records.
• Follow PDI (Pre dispatch Inspection) is done by Quality inspector before container stuffing. Follow and ensure only PDI certified tyres /tube/flap are loaded in container. Keep PDI records.
• Implement and monitor that FG stocks and other materials are enough protected from any external damage, handing damage, environmental attack (Direct Sunlight, humidity, rain, heat, swamp etc.) and any kind of foreign matters. 

Requirements:-

• Minimum Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

• 4–5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations in manufacturing industries.

• Strong leadership quality, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse operations with identification and trace-ability system (Bar code/QR code and /or any other).
• Familiar with ERP/WMS/SAP system.
