Human Resources Assistant

Speedways Rubber Company, Jalandhar, a leading manufacturer in the tyre industry, is seeking an HR Assistant. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in human resources with specific experience in labour handling within a manufacturing setting. Local candidates will be preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Manage labour-related issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. - Prepare HR-related reports as required, including headcount, turnover, and other workforce analytics. - Coordinate employee welfare programs and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department. Requirements: - Bachelors degree with 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Hands-on experience in labour handling, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and managing unionized or non-unionized employees. - Local candidates will be preferred for this position.
