We offer customized insurance solutions across various lines - property, liability, employee benefit, marine, specialty - to organizations across the country.

At Zoom we are building the country's most efficient risk consulting team - where only two things matter - our people and our clients. We are looking for an Assistant Vice President - Consulting role in our Chennai region to manage B2B relationships.

What's required of you:

• Strong relationship management, client engagement, and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in insurance processes, including policy design, risk assessment, claim management, and renewals
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for customized insurance solutions development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Educational background in business, insurance, or a related field; professional insurance certifications are advantageous
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry, particularly in client relations, is highly preferred

Salary Range - 20 Lakhs - 40 Lakhs + variables
