Manager / AVP / VP Surety Bonds

As a High-Impact Sales Professional at Zoom Insurance Brokers, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Surety portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Building a steady pipeline across EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, and MSME segments. - Positioning Surety Bonds as a strategic alternative to bank guarantees in discussions with CFOs, treasury heads, and procurement teams. - Conducting product presentations and simplifying surety structures and underwriting requirements for clients. - Gathering and evaluating client financials and project details to support underwriting. - Working with insurers to negotiate terms and design the most suitable bonding programs. - Ensuring smooth execution from proposal discussions to final bond issuance. - Maintaining strong relationships with insurance partners to stay aligned on capacity, appetite, and risk guidelines. - Tracking policy changes, market trends, and new project announcements to identify high-potential opportunities. - Driving revenue achievement and maintaining accurate reporting of leads, progress, and conversions. Qualifications required for this role: - 3-10 years of experience in banking, corporate lending, trade finance, working capital sales, project finance, or corporate insurance sales. - Strong network within infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. - Good understanding of financial statements and credit assessment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple decision-makers. - Proactive, target-focused, and comfortable with field-intensive sales. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience selling Bank Guarantees, LC/Trade Finance products, Working Capital Loans, or Corporate/Liability Insurance. - Prior exposure to Surety Bonds (preferred but not mandatory). - MBA/PGDM or similar finance qualification.
