Join Our Team! Seeking a Creative and Driven Branding & Digital Marketing Professional


We are looking for a versatile digital marketing professional to strengthen our brand presence across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will take ownership of content creation, keep our digital channels active and engaging, and support the development of marketing collaterals while closely collaborating with internal teams to understand business needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and business-aligned content for all digital platforms, including LinkedIn, website, emailers, and internal communication.
  • Keep all social media channels active by planning, creating, and posting relevant content that reflects our brand identity.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather information, understand service offerings, and convert them into impactful communication pieces.
  • Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content, creatives, and communication touchpoints.
  • Support website content updates, landing pages, and overall digital presence enhancement.
  • Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and assist in preparing monthly digital activity reports.
  • Identify content opportunities, trends, and storytelling ideas aligned with industry developments and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to deliver timely and high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Support any additional branding or communication initiatives as per business requirements.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, branding, or related domains (insurance or related fields preferred).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex business topics.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and digital brand building.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of design/creative tools is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields (preferred).
