Placement Strategist (Corporate EB – Life & Health)

Join our team! Seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Underwriter!

We are looking for someone to analyse insurance proposals, assess risks, determine coverage and premiums and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers to secure the most competitive quotes.

Location:

Responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers to ensure timely supply of quotes as per requirement.

·      Understand details around client need, existing policy terms and portfolio information.

·      Analyse claims MIS and present it with meaningful insights.

·      Prepare and float the RFQ to insurance providers and negotiate the terms and conditions to secure competitive pricing and coverage options.

·      Maintain quality service standards to assure timely procurement of quotes.

·      Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the placement process, addressing any questions or concerns.

·      Visit clients to understand risks, cross-sell based on business review, and educate clients on policy terms.

·      Enhance Product knowledge on EB products – GMC, GTL, GPA, EDLI etc.

·      Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.

·      Proven experience in insurance underwriting or similar role.

·      Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

·      Knowledge of insurance principles, regulations, and industry trends.
