Assistant Vice President Business Development

As an AVP/VP BD & OPs in the Leading Staffing Solution Industry located in Gurgaon, your role will involve managing the Hotel Management Vertical as a standalone P&L unit. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans for vertical growth, market expansion, and long-term sustainability. Monitoring KPIs on revenue, student intake, placement rate, and industry partner satisfaction will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead business leadership & strategy for the Hotel Management Vertical. - Develop strategic plans for vertical growth, market expansion, and long-term sustainability. - Monitor KPIs on revenue, student intake, placement rate, and industry partner satisfaction. - Build and nurture strategic partnerships with top hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups. - Negotiate MoUs and long-term agreements for training, internships, and placements. - Oversee seamless operations of the program across partner locations. - Ensure effective coordination between academic team, industry mentors, and partner institutions. - Work with the Dean/Academic Heads to ensure curriculum is industry-relevant and experiential. - Lead student recruitment drives and placement initiatives ensuring 100% career outcomes for graduates. - Represent MSU and IAC HHM in industry forums, events, and conferences. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Education: MBA / Masters in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field. - Experience: 12-18 years in leadership roles in hospitality education, hotel operations, or industry partnerships. - Proven track record in business development, industry relations, and academic program leadership. - Strong network in the hospitality & tourism sector.
