The ability to not only code but also assemble and integrate technology across disparate platforms is critical to success. This includes a deep understanding of systems, modern scripting and enterprise level languages as well as open-source tools that can and should be leveraged to solve problems. You’ll work in a rapid environment where there aren’t always clear specifications or rules about how something should be done, where it’s up to you to figure things out and keep things moving.Who you are…We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Developer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing data integration workflows using IICS, and a solid understanding of cloud data ecosystems, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google BigQuery (GBQ). Required Experience• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica IICS.• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust data integration solutions.• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.• Integrate IICS solutions with cloud-based data stores like Google BigQuery and cloud storage solutions.• Develop data mappings, task flows, parameter files, and reusable objects.• Manage deployments, migrations, and version control for IICS assets.• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ETL jobs.• Document data flow and architecture as part of the SDLC.• Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.• Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.• 7+ years of experience in ETL development with at least 2–3 years in Informatica IICS.• Strong experience in data integration, transformation, and orchestration using IICS.• Good working knowledge of cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery (GBQ) including writing SQL queries, data ingestion, and optimization.• Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).• Experience in integrating data from various sources including on-prem, SaaS applications, and cloud data lakes.• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data cataloging tools.• Understanding of REST APIs and experience with API integration in IICS.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamYou are responsible for delivering an end-to-end solution from the initial concept through finished solution. They will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition best practices. • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators. Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on technology, IT staffing, and IT hiring. • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
