Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide staff on pre-audit planning and fieldwork
• Review client accounting systems and operational procedures
• Perform substantive testing, internal control assessments, and analytical reviews
• Prepare and review work papers and financial statements for complex areas
• Research and resolve technical accounting and audit issues
• Draft audit reports for management review
• Support Managers and Partners with risk assessments and audit plan development
• Engage in client relationship management and participate in networking initiatives
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous process improvements
