Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and forecast fund positions and liquidity requirements across group entities.
• Handle banking operations including fund raising, long term loan, debt management, and interest tracking.
• Assist in managing working capital facilities, term loans, and other credit lines.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for treasury operations.
• Prepare periodic treasury reports cash flow forecasts, debt schedules, and fund utilization reports.
• Support FX management, hedging, and interest rate risk assessments if applicable.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Assist with investment planning, surplus fund deployment, and returns analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments for fund requests and inter-company transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with strong academic background.
• Good understanding of

  treasury functions

  , banking operations, and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in

  MS Excel

  ; experience with TMS (Treasury Management System) or ERP (SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a plus.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in a treasury function (during articleship or post-qualification).
• Knowledge of foreign exchange regulations, hedging, and RBI/SEBI compliance.
• Exposure to cash flow modeling and liquidity planning.
